How to Build Wheel & Strut Assemblies
Building Wheel Assemblies Instructional Video:
Important to Know Before You Get Started:
- Each washer has a flat side and a round side. Watch the video and follow instructions closely to make sure you are placing the right washer side up.
- Snap buttons on struts must dace upwards when assembling wheels
Assembling 4" Wheels:
Parts Needed:
- 2 - 4" wheels
- 2 - Struts
- 2 - Hex nut Spacers
- 2 - Bolts
- 2 - Lock nuts
- 8 - Washers
Assembling 8" Wheels:
Parts Needed:
- 2 - 8" wheels
- 2 - Struts
- 2 - Threaded Teflon Spacers
- 2 - Bolts
- 2 - Lock nuts
- 8 - Washers
Assembling 12" Wheels:
Parts Needed:
- 2 - 12" wheels
- 2 - Struts
- 2 - 1/2" Non-Threaded Spacers
- 2 - Bolts
- 2 - Lock nuts
- 8 - Washers
Assembling 16" Wheels:
