What is our SureFit Guarantee?
Walkin' SureFit Calculator
When using the SureFit Calculator on the Handicapped Pets website to place your order, our customer service team goes over each measurement to ensure we get you the most accurate size based on everything provided. If for some reason the incorrect size was sent, we would be happy to assist you in getting whatever wheelchair size or wheelchair parts you need at no additional cost. We will also provide a return label at no charge and cover the cost to have the correct items sent to you. If the measurements provided do not prove to be accurate and the wheelchair does not fit because of this we are happy to assist with a return under our normal policy
